Privacy Policy

Kingdom Funding is a faith-centred community and education platform operated by its founder from Ontario, Canada. Where this policy says “we” it means Kingdom Funding.

This policy follows the principles of Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

If you only browse the public pages, we collect almost nothing. You give us information when you choose to create an account (see below).

Like any website, our host records standard technical request logs — IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell data. Ever.

When membership opens you will choose to give us: your email address, a username, a display name, and optionally a photo, a short bio, your interests, and a location. That is the whole list, and you decide how much of the optional part to share.

We deliberately do NOT ask for your date of birth, government ID, or bank details anywhere on this site. If we ever add a feature that genuinely needs sensitive information, we will tell you exactly why before you give it, and it will be optional.

We use your information only to run your account and the community: to sign you in, show your profile to other members, and let you take part. We do not use it for anything you did not sign up for.

We do not run our own servers. We rely on two established providers who process data on our behalf under their own security commitments:

Supabase handles accounts, authentication, and the database. Vercel hosts the website. Both store data in the United States. By using the site you understand your information may be processed there.

We share your information with no one else, except where the law requires it or to protect the safety of the community.

Connections to the site are encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and are never visible to us. Access to member data is restricted at the database level, not merely in the app, so a bug in the website cannot expose one member’s private data to another.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as promptly as we reasonably can.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal details from our active systems.

To make any of these requests, contact info@kingdomfunding.ca. We will respond within a reasonable time, and within any period the law requires.

Kingdom Funding discusses trading and finance and is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

This platform is early and still being built, so this policy will change as real features arrive. When it changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, once accounts exist, let members know.
